FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The blog posts and accompanying social media posts are in Google Docs.
The graphics are created in Canva and shared as templates for you to add to your own Canva account.
The Social Content Calendar and prompts are delivered in a Google Sheet.
When you enroll in the Content Club, you’ll get access to the members’ area inside ThriveCart Learn where you’ll find links to all of the above content.
For as long as you are a paying member.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you’ll lose access to the members’ area but you can still use any content you have downloaded.
You can cancel whenever you want, there is no minimum membership period.
To cancel, send us an email at least 2 business days before your next payment is due to be processed and we’ll take care of the rest. You don’t need to provide a reason for cancelling and we won’t ask any questions (although we always appreciate any feedback you may have!)
