I'm looking for a VA (or whatever you like to call yourself!) to support me in the running of my businesses, specifically with tech and funnel building.
I'd love to have someone who wants to grow with the businesses and doesn't mind working on several different projects at the same time. I have a neurospicy brain so I'm often working on lots of different things at the same time and need someone by my side to help me actually get those projects finished!
I'm certified in EFT, NLP, TIME Techniques, Hypnotherapy, as well as a Level Reiki Healer. I'm currently certifying as a Sacred Priestess, I'm obsessed with the moon, crystals, manifesting and coffee (yes, Kimi, my entire personality is just me liking coffee!) Having an interest in the woo side of life is a bonus but not essential!
I'd love to able to hand things over to you fully and you just go and do your thing! Having said that, I'm open to working with newer VAs and training you how to use tools etc.
Hours and Pay
I'd like to start with 10 hours per month but I can easily see this role growing to 20+ hours per month quite quickly.

Tasks:
This is not an exhaustive list but should give you some idea of what to expect:
Setting up checkouts, order bumps and upsells in ThriveCart
Connecting Tech together using Zapier
Setting up sales pages on both WordPress and Squarespace
Scheduling social media posts (bonus if you can help me writing captions and creating graphics!)
Scheduling emails in Flodesk
Making updates to my websites
Co-ordinating events for my memberships e.g. co-working sessions, Q&A Calls etc.
Repurposing content e.g. turning podcast episodes into blog posts and social media posts (mainly copy, paste and lite editing)
Affiliate Program "management" e.g. assisting with monthly emails, making sure the assets for affiliates are up to date, checking on payments etc.
Customer Service - as the businesses grow, I envisage more customer service type emails which I may need help with.
