There is no one-size-fits-all here! Before we start working together, you’ll complete an in-depth intake form and then we’ll have a 90-minute getting to know you call so I can really…well…get to know you! Each of our sessions will be tailored to you and your specific goals.

Nothing changes if nothing changes. That’s why everything we do together will come with clear (and realistic!) action steps to help you truly implement and embody what we do during our sessions. I’ll check in with you each week, even when we don’t have calls scheduled to help hold you accountable.

We’ll uncover what you truly desire, create a bespoke roadmap to get you there, and then get to work!
I use a unique blend of NLP, EFT, T.I.M.E Techniques, Hypnosis, Reiki, Mindset Magic, and Business Strategy to facilitate quantum leaps in life and business. This will include things like custom tapping scripts, journal prompts, deep inner work and mindset shifts, detailed action plans, and more!

We’ll check in on a Monday morning to discuss your goals for the week, then again on Wednesday to see how things are progressing (and draw up an action plan if things are slowing down or stuck) and we’ll have a final check-in on Friday to celebrate everything you’ve achieved!
