In order for this Quick and Easy Referral Program to work, you need to have worked with a few clients or have some business friends who are happy to recommend you to other people they know.

Not really. You will need some way of knowing who referred a new client to you, some way of rewarding the client and somewhere to track everything (a simple Google Sheet does the job!) There will be plenty of tutorials inside the training.
