I'm also a certified NLP, EFT, T.I.M.E Techniques, and Hypnosis Practitioner, Life & Success Coach, Level 2 Reiki healer, and crystal obsessed mum of one (+ a labrador)!

I'm also mum to Ella (human) and Sherlock (Labrador). I drink too much coffee and definitely don't work out as much as I should! My happy place is drinking coffee by the fire pit in our fave holiday location in Yorkshire.
